Below is a list of frequently asked questions about using Seafood@Home as well as questions that we have developed so you are aware of the answers. Please take the time to read this page and understand the policies associated with Seafood@Home. 

1.) Is Seafood@Home competitive with other seafood outlets?

Here at Seafood@Home we strive to give you, the customer, the best deal first time every time. You’ll find our prices very competitive. We buy in bulk so that we can pass on the savings to you, add in our home delivery service and you’ve got a deal that’s very hard to beat.

2.) How do I buy multiple items of the same product?

It’s easy, just click the quality drop box, find the amount your looking for, then click the ‘add to cart’ button.

3.) How do I pay for my order?

Once you have confirmed your order you can make a payment through means of your credit card, visa debit card or Paypal, its very simple. For questions or concerns regarding payment please email us at sales@seafoodathome.com.au

4.) Why Is There A Minimum Order Required?

They is no minimum delivery when you buy through Seafood@Home, however orders valued below $120.00 will incur a delivery fee. To read more about our delivery fees and charges check out the DELIVERY INFO page.

5.) When Are You Delivering To My Area?

Check out our DELIVERY INFO page and in particular the delivery schedule to find out the next time we’re in your area.

6.) Not at Home for delivery?

Don’t worry, Seafood@Home can still deliver your seafood even if your not home to receive it. Simply enter your customised delivery instructions at the check out.

7.) What is a Re-Delivery fee and when would it be charged?

A Re-Delivery fee is a $40.00 fee and will be charged in the following circumstance:

-       Your not home to receive your delivery,

-       Fail to leave adequate delivery instructions,and

-       Un-contactable via telephone numbers supplied on your customer profile.

Every attempt will be made to avoid issuing this fee, however it is important that you as the customer fill in the required information to help out our delivery team. Your will be contacted by our sales team to organise a re-scheduled delivery time.

9.) Returns and Refund Policy

You can read all about our Returns and Refund policy on our Terms & Conditions page. Please ensure that you check your order carefully. Report any product discrepancies with 24 Hours of delivery by email to sales@seafoodathome.com.au. You will receive a response generally within 24 Hours from one of our team members.
