Delivery Schedule
Orders placed will be delivered on the next scheduled delivery day for your area.
MONDAY - Brisbane CBD, South Brisbane, Logan, West Brisbane, East Brisbane, Redlands
TUESDAY - Brisbane CBD, North Brisbane, North Peninsula, Caboolture, East Brisbane, Redlands
WEDNESDAY - Brisbane CBD, South Brisbane, Logan, North Gold Coast, West Brisbane, Ipswich
THURSDAY - Brisbane CBD, North Brisbane, North Peninsula, Caboolture, East Brisbane, Redlands
FRIDAY - Brisbane CBD, North Brisbane, South Brisbane, East Brisbane, West Brisbane, North Gold Coast, Ipswich, Logan
***Orders need to be placed before Midday for distribution on the next scheduled delivery day. We deliver from Monday to Friday except for Public Holidays. ***
COVID Protocols
Our drivers are instructed to wear masks. They will sanitise their hands prior to your delivery and also after the delivery. If you require contactless delivery please leave a box or esky near your front door. If you choose not to sign the proof of delivery our drivers will take a photo of the product at the point of delivery.

Placing Orders
Orders can be placed at any time. In order to receive your order on the next available delivery day to your area, please ensure that your order is placed prior to the 12pm (Midday) cut-off time.
Updating Orders
If you wish to edit or your order, please email sales@seafoodathome.com.au as soon as possible. Orders that have been packed or are on the delivery vehicle are unable to be edited.
Cancelling Orders
If you wish to cancel your order, please email sales@seafoodathome.com.au as soon as possible. Orders that are on the delivery vehicle can be cancelled however have a $30 restocking fee will be charged.
Receiving Orders
Our helpful delivery team distributes all orders in our temperature controlled delivery vehicles. This ensures that your order is delivered at the correct temperature from our freezer to yours. If you have any special delivery requests, please ensure that you fill in the special delivery instructions field when you checkout. Our delivery team will always endeavour to get your order to you safe and on time.
Delivery Times
Delivery days are Monday to Friday. Delivery times will vary depending upon the size of the delivery schedule for that day. We will endeavour to provide a six-hour window for the approximate time of when your order will be delivered.
Delivery Fees
Below is a list of delivery fees charged by Seafood at Home. All fees stated are charged in Australian Dollars. Delivery fees are as follows:
Orders placed between the value of $0.00 - $60.00 = $20.00 Delivery fee
Orders placed between the value of $60.00 - $120.00 = $10.00 Delivery fee
Orders placed above the value of $120.00 = Free delivery
If you are not present and/or have not provided details of where your delivery is to be stored at the checkout (delivery instructions), then a re-delivery fee of $40.00 will be charged to your allocated credit or debit card.
Issues or Complaints
If you believe that the product you have received is either faulty or not as you ordered, you will need to notify us at sales@seafoodathome.com.au with the details within 24 hours of receiving the product. Please ensure that you include all relevant information regarding the product and your contact details so that we can solve any issues promptly and professionally. All refunds will be at the discretion of Seafood at Home and will be charged back to your credit card, usually within 3 business days.
