Delivery

All of our products are delivered frozen in our temperature controlled courier vehicles, ensuring the integrity of our products is never compromised.

Minimum Order
A minimum spend of $80 is required per order.

Delivery Days and Areas
We deliver to selected suburbs across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and the Sunshine Coast using our own refrigerated vehicles. We do not deliver outside these areas.  Place your order before midday for delivery on the next scheduled day for your area (or select a later date at checkout). 

***Please note: Some suburbs are partially excluded as they extend beyond our delivery range.  We deliver Monday to Friday, except public holidays***

Delivery Instructions
Delivery instructions can be left at checkout under “Delivery Instructions”. Please note, as our products are frozen, it is the responsibility of the receiver to return items to the freezer in a timely manner to ensure they remain frozen. Seafood at Home takes no responsibility for defrosted goods after they have been delivered, including when requested to leave if customer not home. 

Pickup
No walk-ins. Orders placed before midday can be collected the next day by appointment only (no Friday pickups). Confirmation will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
