Orders can be placed at any time, however all received orders are collated and processed at 8am Monday to Friday. In order to receive your order on the next available delivery day to your area, please ensure that your order is placed prior to the 8am cut-off time.
If you wish to edit or cancel your order, please email Seafood at Home as soon as possible at email@example.com. Orders that have been packed or prepared for delivery are unable to be edited or cancelled.
Our helpful delivery team distributes all orders in our temperature controlled delivery vehicles to ensure that your order is delivered at the correct temperature from our freezer to yours. If you have any special delivery requests, please ensure that you fill in the special delivery instructions field when you checkout. Our delivery team will always endeavour to get your order to you safe and on time.
Delivery days are Monday to Friday. Delivery times will vary depending upon the size of the delivery schedule for that day. We will endeavour to provide a six-hour window for the approximate time of when your order will be delivered.
Below is a list of delivery fees charged by Seafood at Home. All fees stated are charged in Australian Dollars. Delivery fees are as follows:
Orders placed between the value of $0.00 - $60.00 = $20.00 Delivery fee
Orders placed between the value of $60.00 - $120.00 = $10.00 Delivery fee
Orders placed above the value of $120.00 = Free delivery
If you are not present and/or have not provided details of where your delivery is to be stored at the checkout (delivery instructions), then a re-delivery fee of $40.00 will be charged to your allocated credit or debit card.
Issues or Complaints
If you believe that the product you have received is either faulty or not as you ordered, you will need to notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the details within 24 hours of receiving the product. Please ensure that you include all relevant information regarding the product and your contact details so that we can solve any issues promptly and professionally. All refunds will be at the discretion of Seafood at Home and will be charged back to your credit card, usually within 7 business days.
