All of our products are delivered frozen in our temperature controlled courier vehicles, ensuring the integrity of our products is never compromised.
Delivery Days
Orders placed before midday will be delivered on the next scheduled delivery day for your area, between 10am & 2pm. You will receive confirmation of your delivery day & times via email. If you need to reschedule the delivery time, please email us at info@seafoodathome.com.au

Delivery Fees
Orders over $120 - FREE DELIVERY
Orders between $60 and $120 - $10 Delivery Fee
Orders up to $60 - $20 Delivery Fee
Your products will be delivered frozen. If you are not present and/or have not provided details of where your delivery can be safely left, then a re-delivery fee of $40 may be charged.
Delivery Instructions
Delivery instructions can be left at checkout under “Delivery Instructions”. Please note, as our products are frozen, it is the responsibility of the receiver to return items to the freezer in a timely manner to ensure they remain frozen. Seafood at Home takes no responsibility for defrosted goods after they have been delivered, including when requested to leave if customer not home.
Pick Up
Pickups from our warehouse are available By Appointment Only, after 9am on the following business day. Simply select "Pickup" at checkout, and our office will advise when your order is ready to collect.
