Placing Orders

Orders can be placed at any time. In order to receive your order on the next available delivery day to your area, please ensure that your order is placed prior to the 12pm (Midday) cut-off time.

Updating Orders

If you wish to edit your order, please email sales@seafoodathome.com.au as soon as possible. Orders that have been packed or are on the delivery vehicle are unable to be edited.

Cancelling Orders

If you wish to cancel your order, please email sales@seafoodathome.com.au as soon as possible. Orders that are on the delivery vehicle can be cancelled however, a $30 restocking fee will be charged.

Receiving Orders

Our helpful delivery team distributes all orders in our temperature controlled delivery vehicles. This ensures that your order is delivered at the correct temperature from our freezer to yours. If you have any special delivery requests, please ensure that you fill in the special delivery instructions field when you checkout. Our delivery team will always endeavour to get your order to you safe and on time.

Delivery Times

Delivery days are Monday to Friday, except public holidays. Delivery times will vary depending on the other delivery requirements in your area.  As a general rule, orders will arrive between 10am & 2pm.

Public Holidays

Seafood at Home is closed on public holidays. Orders will be delivered on the next available business day according to our delivery schedule.

Delivery Fees
Orders placed above the value of $120.00 = Free delivery
Orders placed between the value of $60.00 - $120.00 = $10.00 Delivery fee
Orders placed between the value of $0.00 - $60.00 = $20.00 Delivery fee

Your products will be delivered frozen. If you are not present and/or have not provided details of where your delivery can be safely left, then a re-delivery fee of $40 may be charged.

Issues or Complaints

If you believe that the product you have received is either faulty or not as you ordered, you will need to notify us at sales@seafoodathome.com.au with the details within 24 hours of receiving the product. Please ensure that you include all relevant information regarding the product and your contact details so that we can solve any issues promptly and professionally. All refunds will be at the discretion of Seafood at Home and will be charged back to your credit card, usually within 3 business days.
