HOW TO DEFROST
For best results thaw your Seafood at Home prawns in a salty brine (with the same saltiness as sea water) an hour before you are ready to eat. Once thawed, add a generous layer of ice to the brine and sprinkle salt flakes. Drain the water just before serving for the best tasting prawns in South East Queensland!

Cooking Instructions For Fries
For best results cook from frozen, do not thaw. Cooking times may vary with the model of oven. Watch carefully during final minutes of preparation to avoid over cooking.
Oven bake
- Preheat oven to 230°C or 210°C Fan
- Spread frozen oven fries in a single layer on an oven tray and place in centre of oven.
- Bake fries for approximately 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown.
- To achieve a crisper product, leave the door ajar for the final 5 minutes of cooking.

No walk-ins. Orders placed before midday can be collected the next day by appointment only (no Friday pickups). Confirmation will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
