1/1500gm = 1000 to 1500 grams per fillet
1.5/2.5kg = 1500 to 2500 grams per fillet
U2oz = Under 60 grams
2-4oz = 60 to 120 grams per fillet
4-6oz = 125 to 175 grams per fillet
6-8oz = 175 to 225 grams per fillet
8-12oz = 225 to 325 grams per fillet
12oz+ = 325 grams PLUS per fillet
