Whole Large Yellowtail Scad, also known as a type of Mackerel can be used in cooking and as Bait.
Carton Dimensions: 550mm x 280mm x 155mm
Because of its firm texture, Yellowtail Scad is excellent for grilling, pan frying, baking, and deep frying.
Supplied:-
- Shatter Packed: Fillets are frozen in a block with a thin separating layer between rows. While frozen, simply drop the carton firmly on the ground to easily dislodge individual fillets.
- IQF – Individually Quick Frozen: Products are frozen individually and, if stuck together, will separate with a gentle tap while frozen.
