Cooking Methods: Suitable for most cooking methods, this popular fish can be baked, barbecued, casseroled, fried, poached, smoked, steamed and added to soups or chowders.

Shatter Packed: Fillets are frozen in a block with a thin separating layer between rows. While frozen, simply drop the carton firmly on the ground to easily dislodge individual fillets.

Fish Fillets
1/200gm = 100 to 200 grams per fillet
2/300gm = 200 to 300 grams per fillet
3/500gm = 300 to 500 grams per fillet
5/800gm = 500 to 800 grams per fillet
U1000gm = Under 1000 grams (1kg) per fillet
1/1500gm = 1000 to 1500 grams per fillet
1.5/2.5kg = 1500 to 2500 grams per fillet

 Delivery Areas
We deliver to selected suburbs across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and the Sunshine Coast using our own refrigerated vehicles. We do not deliver outside these areas.

Check your postcode on our delivery  page to confirm availability. Some suburbs are partially excluded as they extend beyond our delivery range.

Pickup
No walk-ins. Orders placed before midday can be collected the next day by appointment only (no Friday pickups). Confirmation will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
